Cookie Settings

This page explains how Websurfer ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, and how you can control them. For more on how we handle personal information generally, see our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They help sites function, remember preferences, keep things secure, and understand how the site is used. Similar technologies (such as local storage and pixels) work in comparable ways. We refer to all of these as "cookies" here.
2. How we use cookies
We keep our use of cookies minimal. Today we use:
- Strictly necessary cookies — required for the website and the client portal to work, including security, load balancing, and basic preferences. These cannot be switched off through our site without breaking functionality.
- Functional cookies from embedded tools — our demo, call, and intake pages embed booking and form widgets from our scheduling and CRM provider (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector). These widgets may set their own cookies so they can load, remember your progress, and submit your request.
We do not currently use advertising or cross-site targeting cookies, and we do not sell information collected through cookies. If we add analytics or other optional cookies in the future, we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent first.
3. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by the third-party services we rely on to run the site — for example our hosting provider and the embedded booking/CRM widgets noted above. Those cookies are governed by the respective providers' own policies. Blocking them may prevent booking widgets or forms from working correctly.
4. How to control cookies
You're in control. Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies, and warn you before one is set. You can manage cookies through your browser settings:
You can also use your browser's private/incognito mode, clear cookies when you close the browser, or enable any "Do Not Track" or global privacy controls your browser offers. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may cause parts of our website or the booking and intake forms to stop working.
5. Changes to this page
We may update this page as our use of cookies evolves. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above.
